The sector is heavily dependent on domestic expenditure. Although the crisis has passed, it has clearly left its mark. While the figures for residential construction reveal strong growth, the market has almost reached its limits. For example there is a lack of qualified personnel and building materials are scarce. The significant increase in construction costs is also still causing a lot of uncertainty, despite well-filled order portfolios.
